Most golf shops will tell you they care about your game. We started SuperSwings because we found out what happens when they don't.
When I was a new golfer, I walked into Club Champion — one of the biggest fitting operations in the country — and trusted them with my game. I even wanted to make the clubs my own, asking for custom ferrules to give them some personality. The fitter talked me out of it. Said they'd be distracting.
When the clubs arrived, something felt wrong immediately. My 6 iron was going the same distance as my 4. My 9 iron was shorter than my gap wedge. I bought a swingweight scale and a ruler and started measuring. What I found was inexcusable: they had installed my 9 iron shaft in my gap wedge. My 4 iron was swingweighted at C5 while the rest of the set sat at D1 — when I'd been fit to D3. The clubs were supposed to be a half inch long. They weren't built to spec. They were just... built.
That experience cost me strokes, money, and trust. But it also gave me something: a standard.
I started SuperSwings to build what that fitting should have been. Tour-level accuracy. Uncompromising craftsmanship. Clubs that are actually verified against the specs they were built to. And yeah — clubs that look as good as they perform, because there's no reason you should have to choose.
For years our slogan was "bridging the gap between performance and style in golf." We've since simplified it. Built, not bought. Because that's really what this comes down to.

What we do differently starts after the fitting.
Most fitters hand you your clubs and call it done. At SuperSwings, the day you receive your build is the beginning of the process, not the end. We stay with you for up to three months after delivery — checking specs, making adjustments, and dialing in every detail as your body adapts to your new sticks and your swing evolves.
Nobody else offers this. We do it because a fitting isn't a transaction. It's a relationship between a golfer and their equipment — and that relationship takes time to mature.

Inside our San Diego studio on West Morena Blvd, we run two private Foresight-powered simulator bays, a full custom club building and fitting shop, and private event space. Every variable — swing weight, shaft profile, launch, spin, impact — is measured with intent, and every decision is rooted in data and verified by hand.
